You’re basically getting workouts, diets and guidance. It’s a great way to get started and ease into the fitness lifestyle.
I didn’t receive anything after signing up
The Starter Pack was sent to the email address you entered in the form. If you did not receive it, it’s because it was filtered as spam or junk by your email service provider.
Here’s what to do:
- Access your junk mail and/or spam folder
- Refresh the folder
- wait 5 minutes
Our email will now appear in the folder. We invite you to either add us as an email contact or mark the email as “not spam” in order to receive future free content from us.
How do I pick the right diet?
You will be given different diets…
- (3) Muscle Building meal plans
- Muscle Building Stage 1
- Muscle Building Stage 2
- Muscle Building Stage 3
- (3) Fat Burning meal plans
- Fat Burning Stage 1
- Fat Burning Stage 2
- Fat Burning Stage 3
I recommend you stick to the diets in the order they are sent to you. Each stage lasts 1 month. I don’t recommend you try to speed up the process or go beyond stage 3.
What should I do for cardio?
My favorite cardio exercises are:
- Inclined treadmill (walking)
- Intervals on elliptic trainer
- Stair simulator
Mass Gaining – cardio is optional.
Fat Loss – cardio instructions can be found on your diet.
